I am only leaving one star because I can’t leave zero stars. One of their clients backed into my father’s vehicle and damaged it. Since my father is incapacitated and handicapped, he is unable to drive at the moment. His vehicle is used to take him to appointments and run errands on his behalf and also for me to use to get back-and-forth to work. But Tupy insurance agency/auto owners insurance company will not cover a rental while it is in the repair shop, because he is unable to pick it up himself. So now we are without a v... read more
