Lady answered the phone abruptly didn’t identify it was even a dentist office. Then was super rude and snarky when asked simple questions like are you taking new patients , and if they take my insurance and if they have appointments available.
I tell you what, the team here are the best, had a great first experience with them last week as well as today. They make you feel right at home before, during and after any dental procedure and are very helpful as well.
Phenomenal service! Skilled and courteous.
