Our girls absolutely loved the trips to the tea room during our visit to the area. Great friendly staff.

The tea is good but customer service is extremely awkward. I went in today (Thursday) when it wasn’t busy. I walked right up to the counter and browsed the menu. There were two girls working, neither said anything to me. The girl at the counter was only like 2 feet away from me but kept silent and just let me read the menu. It was awkward silence - not even background music or even asking if I could use a suggestion or anything. Eventually she said there’s more on the back of the menu and answered a question.
