The manager at downtown Asheville location should be recognized Matt Rebol. He was so attentive & courteous. What pleasure to be welcomed & taken such good care of. In this day & age not seen very often. Kudos to Matt Rebol you're the best!

They fire good employees instead of standing behind them when they are being targeted by hate. Do not support this company I hope they go belly up in this tough economy.

Visit on 3/4/2023 (Raleigh location) was horrible resulting in chair slipping out from underneath me causing injury to my back, and left elbow. Staff(Amber) and mgmnt ( cant recall name had on black shirt) confirmed floor was indeed too slippery, mgmnt gave me a bag of ice for my back but took no incident report. I've had two previous back surgeries and I am scared to death that this may have caused more damage. Stayed in bed all day Sunday and Monday in pain. Tupelo Honey Sandy Springs: Yesterday, I had lunch with a friend at Tupelo Honey (Sandy Springs, GA). Great service, nice menu, tasted great. Got home and felt light headed and the lunch went right through me. I called my friend to see if he was ok and he too was experiencing the same issues. My grandson applied for a job and was hired foe the position. On the day that he was to start he received a text message stating that they would not be employing him as they had a previous employee transfer back….very unprofessional. When he inquired about this problem the general manager was very rude and dismissive. He received and accepted the job offer almost a week ago with his start day as today! Very disappointing and not a good way to conduct business. I will never done there again’
