I have been a loyal customer of this hair salon in the past, especially when the previous owner was in charge. However, since the new owner, TuNurka, took over, my visits have significantly decreased. Close it down, they don't take care of your hair. Perm in conditioner. The price went up. Very rough when washing the hair or don't wash the back of your head. Overall not an enjoyable experience but the worst experience for fried hair. They don't know how to do hair. To much heat don't apply heat protectant probably. Staff needs to go back to school and get recertification. Like I said close it down, it does more harm than good

Honestly when I want a trim and to feel like a star I come to see Lucia. Unfortunately everytime I get a blow out from Lucia my hair gets extremely hair damaged. I went for a wash and blow maybe 2 washes ago and yesterday I washed my hair and the time before and it's smell like eggs. I remember perms smelling like eggs when I use to get them in high school.
