Beautifully run family business and very good to deal with.
Whilst the care itself is excellent how is it that they say call ahead to see if they’re running on time just for them to make you wait 40-50 minutes after they’ve said “yes we’re running on time”. Absolutely ridiculous it was bare empty when I entered too like 2 other people and still found myself waiting 30 minutes+. I of course understand that there is always going to be waiting time but don’t lie and say yeh we’re running on time cuz you’re clearly not. Extremely unprofessional. Receptionist asked me very aggressively about my ethnic background and treated me like garbage. Doctor was so rude and rushing me out the door. All I wanted was a digital medical certificate for my work, but I was told they “had no machine” and was sent home with a tiny sticky note which is barely legible and doesn’t list a single symptom. Wasn't even bulk billed, so I had to pay for this experience.
My family and I have been coming here for years. It’s always a friendly smile on entering the foyer. And yes, being unwell I’m grumpy and feeling off. And yes, the practice is busy - so the care you receive from the time you enter is a poorly kept secret 😏. The doctors are great but you guys on reception make feeling unwell a whole lot better. My family and I have been visiting Tunstall Sqaure family medical for many years now. Dr Alfred is a caring, knowledgeable and a lovely doctor. Always extremely thorough in his check ups. Staff at the front desk always very helpful and excellent service. We also now love that you can book via the HotDoc app, so convenient. Thank you Anna Stouraitis & Family
