Today I switched my home and auto ins over to Allstate. I was really nervous because it is a huge decision but the Agent who assisted me, Ruby was like a breath of fresh air. She thoroughly explained my new policy to me. Her customer service was so great, I asked how can I leave her a review. I'd definitely refer my friends and family!! Thank you!
