Only one bathroom not good for group
Excellent spacious room with a balcony n beautiful view of tunnel mountain. There was a kitchenette as well which was handy. I had booked a superior suite. It was on level one. Did not use the swimming pool and the Gym. Reception staff were very helpful and lent us the bear spray for our hikes. The surroundings are beautiful with good walks. Saw a baby deer.
This is an almost-perfect place to stay while visiting Banff, especially if you are a group of 4 or more. If it was walking distance to the town center, I would give 6 stars. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and it has a full kitchen.
