The resort has so much potential, great location. Booked the mountain cabin at over $300 / night. The rooms are dated, there's this lingering smell, probably from the carpets. Cleanliness overall could be better. The bathroom, particularly the toilet was bad. The biggest negative - reception staff. Asian origin lady just looked so bored and inconvenienced. Loved staying at Tunnel mountain resort. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful. One of the things I like most about here is that you have barbecues outside.

My favorite place in banff. Fireplaces, buspases to downtown thay come every 20 min so you dont have to park. Big rooms

We got the Deluxe 1 King, 1 Queen room. Great cabin-like townhouses. Complete with kitchen equipment, utensils, dishwashing soap, condiments, complimentary coffee from Evelyn’s Caf� in Banff, and free twigs and fire logs for the fireplace! There’s also a Weber grill outside if you’re planning to bring meats. Some stuff like the curtains and furniture seemed to be outdated and needs a new one.
