The Autocar wash caused damage to my car, tunnel express was very unprofessional regarding the insurance claim. Will not use this carwash again.
Absolutely terrible service from one of the females working here today. I can look past long wait times and busy periods (and I have done that here before) but I will not put up having my personal character and personal life being attacked unprovoked by a stranger. Yes, I honked my horn the first time to get assistance as the pay machine was showing an error message regarding my membership and to ask for assistance.
