Really Unhappy when I realised today whole back of my car is full of scratches. I am using you guys from last 1.5 year but when I noticed today back and side of my car full of scratches with swirls marks. I literally spent 700$ for cut and polish to finish my car. But still marks are there as they advised because of hard brush paint is been damaged. Please contact me really stressed out and even your calling system never works which again disappoints me. Car Rego is 01SOOD you can check into your system. Really disappointed.
Tunnel Express Car wash is the only car wash for me. I have been with them for about three years now. The service is impeccable especially when my car came out of the wash today and I parked my car ready to vacuum and Jay was there when I parked and started during my sat with their special waffle weave cloths.
