I am a Tunnel Express member and pay a daily car wash membership fee. I completely understand that the facility may occasionally be out of service. However, considering that you have your customers' email addresses and mobile phone numbers, it would be appreciated if you could notify members whenever the facility is out of service. What a great experience! The car is cleaner than going through a standard car wash, the pricing is more than reasonable, free vacuum is such a convenience and that is nothing compared to the exceptional customer service received from Olivia. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attention to detail. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I was a long time customer so 2 stars based on ease and location. The lack of ownership and poor customer service is where they lack. Customers are constantly asked for feedback but unfortunately nothing is done about it. The final straw for me was the car wash being packed so tight that when the car in front of me stopped at the tyre cleaning point, mine kept going and I hit it TWICE.
