Amazing experience. The staff is friendly. Was my first time, and they explained everything clearly. Helped me choose the right type of cleaning. Car looks great, takes barely 3 mins to get it all done. Also got the free vaccum to use. Great service.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tunnel Express Carrum Downs and the way my damage claim was handled. On 13/02/2025 at approximately 1:45pm, while my vehicle was going through the car wash, my steering wheel began turning unexpectedly. Shortly after, I heard repeated loud impacts as my car was pushed into one of the scrubbing machines. Great idea offering a free self-service vacuum for customers! The vacuum was easy to use, worked really well, and made cleaning my car quick and convenient. It's a thoughtful extra service that shows the business cares about its customers. The area was clean, well maintained, and everything worked perfectly. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place to others.
