I ordered 3 cubic meters of cow manure and when it was delivered only 2 was supplied but i was charged for 3. I carefully measured the amount, and this was professionally checked. I rang to complain but the owner basically told me his staff delivered an accurate load. I told him i have photos and measured it and this was also confirmed by a landscaper who was working here at the time. He basically told me I was wrong and that was that.
