Bought a 2023 Jeep Wrangler in 2024. After having the Jeep for 2 months, I bought new tires and discovered that the brakes and rotors were rusted. The Jeep should not have been sold with this problem. I’ve driven the Jeep less than 800 miles and it would not pass inspection. Unhappy with this purchase. Will not recommend dealer to anyone I know.
Walked in late Saturday, told Joe what I wanted and told him how much I was willing to spent. He made it happen. I did have to wait till Monday to pick it up, but hey paperwork needs to be done. lol Overall, great service
They were great just Stallanis Ram was awful trying to get them to diagnose the issue with my Ram no communication with the techs Horrible on their part . Cole and Tracey where nice and worked on Getting Ram to evaluate my issue but truck was there 2months
Excellent in every aspect of buying a vehicle. Great people to deal with.
