This place, Valley Health in Wayne NJ, ranks lower than 1 star for me. I have been waiting to see Dr. Ahmed Flowers for an entire year after 3 appts were cancelled by her staff because of her 'personal issues' and I'm so disgusted, I'm practically in tears writing this. From my initial appt attempt in June 2022, and then having to wait for her next availability in early Dec and then then calling me to reschedule to Dec 19th and finally calling me again to cancel yet again to reschedule in 2023 is absurdly unprofessional! I only gave Dr Flowers 1 star, not so much because of her. as much as because of her office staff. They are worth a ‘zero’ in my opinion! First off, the prescription for my muscle spasm was sent to Express Scripts , instead of my local pharmacy and I ended up paying out of pocket for it as a result! Also, when I left Dr Flowers’s office with a referral from her for a Spine Orthopedist, I did not get a Prescription for an MRI, which was what I needed before I could make the Orthopedist’s appointment, his office said. Dr. Flowers is great but the office is not worth the experience. After a 2 month wait for an appointment, I was cancelled on multiple times the day of for no reasons, with options to reschedule months out. When calling, I was on hold for hours, never called back and issues were blamed on others.

I moved to Wayne and currently do not have a primary physician. I had a medical issue that did not require an ER visit, so I went to Dr. Flowers @ Urgent Care. She is knowledge, caring, and also genuine when figuring out how to improve your health issue(s) or concern(s). She was also very prompt to call me back when I had a prescription question. I highly recommend Dr. Flowers if you need immediate health attention.
