Morons in the extreme, sent the wrong item twice in a row. Do not waste a single second of your life dealing with this company.
Horrible.... Do not buy from them...
Terrible company. They sent me a defective product. They wouldn't reply to my message until I after a put a 99c bid on a replacement that they denied. Then I added a note to a second 99c bid about them having the time to address a bid but not a problem with their product. I gave them the option of a partial refund and I'd repair it myself but they wouldn't budge, even after their flop with addressing my bid before a failed product. Don't buy from these people.
Poor customer service! Ordered through Ebay and needed to return item.Sent 2 emails , never got a response. I packaged up, sent return, via UPS, AND payed $43.00 to ship { which was 1/2 the cost of the item}. They received item { per tracking}, have YET to receive return to my credit card. DO NOT do business with them!!!! They deserve 0 stars!
This company is difficult to work with if you have a problem.
