BUYERS BEWARE..DOESNT WORK,DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IF IT GETS LOST THEY WONT REPLACE IT.ALSO DONT USE SNAP,WILL COST ALMOST TRIPLE WHAT U PAY FOR NECKLACE

Disappointed - they will stand behind their product one it’s sold. Very dissatisfied with the product and the nonchalant customer service. We purchased 3 bracelets - one of them seems to be useless and one of them level 2 - the clasp would not fast and 2 of pins came out a few months after purchased. We contacted them and was advised to mail it in - they fixed it and not even 3 months later pin came out again and the clasp would not fasten.
