Used to like this place- reasonable price mostly. But last week experience wasn’t good - when I tried to get herbs from bulk the price quoted was way too high- (. I’d say as least 2 or 3 times higher than usual. On top of that, the lady who did estimate wasn’t quoting based on individual herbs prices, instead, she just glanced at the formulas I presented her, and say a price for combinations of the herbs. A young female herbalist who helped us was friendly, calm. Prices are reasonable and cheap for clearance items. Feels like a slice of old school chinatown in modern Richmond.
This is my favorite Chinese herbal ingredients and dried seafood place. Their price is reasonable, selection is wide , staffs are helpful. The only down side is the parking
