Did not provide me with a letter I needed for military enlistment, which doctor Tung Poyee told me she would. Told me inaccurate information about a condition I had when I was a child, and acted like I still suffered from the condition, after admitting I didn't have it. During testing for the doctor's notes, the nurses put an IV into my left hand multiple times incorrectly for EKGs and an MRI.
