I've seen Dr. Nguyen four times now although Dr. Gearhard is my regular doctor. I like Dr. Nguyen, and feel very safe in seeing him when Dr. G. is booked up. Dr. N is easy to talk with, explains things thoroughly, and likes to involve me in the decisions about medicines, etc.
Called me a liar for trying to refill a prescription. The problem was that he was looking at an old patient database and didn't see my name. Still, he automatically went to me lying to get the prescription refilled even though it's heart medicine that can be found in rat poison. Why would I lie for that?? Then Dr Gearhard's office only wanted to back up the doctor even though he was in the wrong. All for a drug that has no street use or value.
