Doctors and TA's are amazing! Only issue is the horrible front desk staff. Always give me attitudes anytime I come in for my appointment and get pissed off with me when I won't schedule another follow up right away because my life schedule is always busy. They kept calling me and harassing me about needing to make an appointment when I clearly stated I would call myself when I knew I had a few weeks of nothing going on. I had been given an mri prescription back in February my insurance company says they still have not received the doctor’s notes. They scheduled me for an emg 2 days before my appointment I received a call yo confirm my appointment and the guy told me I had to pay $670 for the exam. I know this exam is covered by my insurance. I called my insurance and they confirmed emg’s are covered and I only hat to pay the copay. I called billing back and he said no you will need to pay $670 I told him to cancel the appointment. Supervisor was very unprofessional and rude. She blamed and talk back to me rather than fixing the solution herself. I was told to receive a call back and never got one. As a regular client for so long, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ever. Bc of this incident, they now sent a letter denying my care after, with no apology or accountability of my experience with them.

Excellent physician! Caring, knowledgeable, helpful. Staff is great too!
