Supervisor was very unprofessional and rude. She blamed and talk back to me rather than fixing the solution herself. I was told to receive a call back and never got one. As a regular client for so long, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ever. Bc of this incident, they now sent a letter denying my care after, with no apology or accountability of my experience with them.
