I had been given an mri prescription back in February my insurance company says they still have not received the doctor’s notes. They scheduled me for an emg 2 days before my appointment I received a call yo confirm my appointment and the guy told me I had to pay $670 for the exam. I know this exam is covered by my insurance. Supervisor was very unprofessional and rude. She blamed and talk back to me rather than fixing the solution herself. I was told to receive a call back and never got one. As a regular client for so long, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ever. Bc of this incident, they now sent a letter denying my care after, with no apology or accountability of my experience with them.
