Great shop who treats customers well. Have and will go back again! UPDATE** Went again today and was promptly and politely waited on and completely satisfied!
Fast friendly accurate service, they always get approval before any work is done and the credit diagnostic fees back! That's unheard of! My bill always comes in less than I am quoted. I'll never take me vehicle anywhere else.
My check engine light was on so I took it to AutoZone to get it checked out, they told me it was the EVAP emissions system. I then took it to TUNEX to get it fixed, they ran a diagnostic test which cost $80. They told me it was the fuel sensor and that it would cost me $500. I am not familiar with cars so I trusted that that was the problem and that they would fix it. I get home and wake up the next morning to a flat tire that has a new screw pierced in it. This is the only place I take my car for any kind of service! Mark (I believe is the new manager) is such a kind hearted man and his authenticity is sensed every time I go there. , same goes for Landon! They genuinely want me to make the right decisions and never push me to do anything. Their customer service in general is outstanding. I took my car in Friday number one my check engine light is on and flashing I have been chaning the O2 sensors myself for that is what the codes have been coming back that needs to be replaced but my car has also been running really ruff and like cutting out so I asked the tech if they could look at and figure out why They have been great they checked all my coils and plugs and they seem to be fine they did change one plug that had a hair line crack in it and didnt even charge me they told me if that didnt fix the problem to... read more
Very frustrating experience. After issues at another shop, I thought I was going to have good customer service here. The manager is friendly and seemingly helpful until there is a real issue or problem. Then he could care less. They have no flexibility to do the right thing. The estimate and issues kept increasing. After deciding that I was not going to get good care at Tunex in Layton, I took my car to yet another place and learned the issues were misdiagnosed. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.....My brakes and starter were replaced at a fair price and they even gave me a ride back to my house so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

What a joke!! This guy didnt know anything other than the item of the month he was selling for his commission!
