Fast friendly accurate service, they always get approval before any work is done and the credit diagnostic fees back! That's unheard of! My bill always comes in less than I am quoted. I'll never take me vehicle anywhere else.
My check engine light was on so I took it to AutoZone to get it checked out, they told me it was the EVAP emissions system. I then took it to TUNEX to get it fixed, they ran a diagnostic test which cost $80. They told me it was the fuel sensor and that it would cost me $500. I am not familiar with cars so I trusted that that was the problem and that they would fix it. I get home and wake up the next morning to a flat tire that has a new screw pierced in it. Very frustrating experience. After issues at another shop, I thought I was going to have good customer service here. The manager is friendly and seemingly helpful until there is a real issue or problem. Then he could care less. They have no flexibility to do the right thing. The estimate and issues kept increasing. After deciding that I was not going to get good care at Tunex in Layton, I took my car to yet another place and learned the issues were misdiagnosed.
