Great service – I run a small carpet cleaning business,so when my van breaks down I cant take care of my costumers. The guys at Tunex. repaired my van fast and at a fair price. They also went through it and told me what will need to be repaired in the future. The van has 190k on it. I dont want to buy a new van. I am glad I found these guys they are honest and fair. Tom

Great service and honest – I used to have a noise when I drove my car up to 50 mph pr hr or more. I thought it was my engine but, tunex figured that it wasn't the problem. Now, I don't hear the noise anymore.Instead of charging me alot of money. I was given a fair and good price for my repair. The owner Kim goes above and beyond to help his customers. Honest Service! – I had taken my car to two other mechanics who told me that I would need a new engine. The honest people at tunex told me that I only needed my pressure regulator (i think that is the name of it) saving me over $1400 dollars! I highly recommend these mechanics! I wasn't taken advantage of and I was treated extremely well, which as a woman I really appreciate! Thanks Kim for your great customer service.

Excellent service – I came to this Tunex to have my car inspected. The employees were very friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. The woman at the desk asked me if I had the coupon they were offering for 15.00 off. I didn't even know about it, but she gave me the discount anyway. The guy who inspected my car told me it failed safety because a couple lights were out, and fixed them in five minutes. You guys rock, see you next year!

Honesty and great service – I understand that diagnosing a vehicles problems is similar to that of the human body but Tunex 3406 S. Redwood Road is about as accurate as it gets. I had my vehicle looked at my two mechanics one being Tunex and the other a nearby competitor. Tunex fixed the problem whith a 75% savings over what the competitor quoted me just to look at it. I would highly suggest speaking with David (the owner) who will give you the best customer service.
