I had our Escape repaired 2 weeks ago by Steve and his crew, the rear differential was replaced. It was making noises that were alarming. The sound went away after the repair. Two weeks later another sound is made in the rear wheels. The crew that works with Steve happened to discover the wheel on the rear was not tightly secured. They torqued the tire into place and the sound is gone. Thank you for not charging for that repair. I will recommend your services to friends and family.
Steve is the best! He went above and beyond to help me & my husband with our Ford Escape. He had fixed it a few weeks earlier, it started making a little noise. Steve guarantees all his work so he looked right at it. It needed a minor tweak because of something settling or something. He fixed quickly, we was on our way no charge! WONDERFUL SERVICE!
Steve is the BEST! I’ve had trouble with my KIA Optima & we’ve taken it to a few other shops, who couldn’t figure out the problem, did some “fixing” but the issue was still at hand. I go there for oil changes and emissions and Inspections, they have always tried to get me in and out in a timely manner and the mechanics seems knowledgeable and have done good work for me.
We are very fortunate to have this business in Kearns. They are honest and take good care of you!
