Everything was fine in our initial phone call.Said car would be done at set date; set date has been changed 4 times now and not once did they call me about, I had to call everytime. Seemed like I was being put off while they worked on other projects, even though i was told it was priority. Don't choose them just because they are open weekends (that was my mistake)

Have used this Tunex for 3+ years now, and will continue to for quite some time. I often waste 45 minutes calling around for quotes only to find that they always have the lowest quoted price. Two times now they have returned my truck and even charged less than the quoted price (awesome!!!!!) b/c they got the work done is less time. Dave and Matt are great technicians and are very helpful to the mechanical and inquisitive type (myself) - a quality that is hard to find in a mechanic. Very unprofessional. Took 3 different trips for them to attempt to fix a non engine related malfunction with my door opening. Ended up not being able to fix it. Failed to call and update with estimated time of completion, though this is my only vehicle. Condescending towards me though I acted patient till the 3rd trip. Not like most Tunex locations. Go to a different shop!
