RIP OFF "Mechanics" couldn't tell what was wrong with my car. They were sure it was the fuel pump. After I paid for that, it was something else. After $3,000 in repairs, my car STILL doesn't run as good as before I took it to Tunex. What a sorry state of affairs this shop is in.
STAY AWAY! They're either stupid or scammers. They don't give written estimates. They guess at what's wrong with your car, while their charging you for every thing they 'think' will fix it. At the end, you're presented with a totally outrageous bill. They've had quite a few complaints through the Better Business Bureau, too. Do yourself a favor: Go to the dealer. It will be faster and cheaper.
Van blew serpentine Belt and over heated, AAA truck brought be to Tunex, Cedar City, got me in right away and put a new belt on and a gallon of Antifreeze. check the engine and thermostat and had me on my way in only a few hours. Great Service, Great Personalities, Highly recommend Tunex to everyone.
Bought a classic truck in California, heading back to michigan, needed some minor adjustments and this place was great! Adjusted headlights, air conditioner belt, topped off oil, and lubed the clutch pedal. Quick and efficiently

I can sincerely say this store deserves the highest rating possible. Fast, friendly, fair and knowledgeable are words I would use to describe my recent experience. I am super impressed with the guys at Tunex. They are honest and do a great job! Not to mention their prices are quite reasonable. I'm a fan.
Last week I brought my car into Tunex to have the mechanics there look it over. The manager, Merrill, took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and what it would take to fix it. In the end, they finished it much faster than I was expecting and for less than I had planned.
