They are very incompetent or they are just scam artists. I went in for a simple emission diagnostics job, they unhooked my air intake and forgot to hook it back which could have potentially cause some severe damage to engine. Luckily I popped the hood myself and noticed the issue. I would strongly recommend against going to them for anything...
