Jeremy was our design specialist. Jeremy did a good job with our appointment. Pointed out all the details of the project and getting it set up for us.
Do not do the Costco remodel! Shower looks decent after I got the glue or adhesive off literally 20 areas in my bathroom. Sales lady hard sells the Costco shop card you’ll get after remodeling, but when you ask when or how it’s received (e-card or plastic in the mail), she says she has nothing to do with it. Then send part of contract that says when you’ll receive and she says she never actually read it, but will contact her manager, then doesn’t, it’s VERY unprofessional. The design to install process was a breeze! The only thing to be improved was that the installer took our fixtures and curtain rod. We wished they would have checked with us because we had plans to reuse. Savvy and Mark were extremely helpful. We appreciated the kindness and they always followed through. Savvy even came out after to check we were happy with everything. Savy mad everything so easy- Over and above by all means!
Dan and Jerry did a great job installing the new tub and shower, looks incredible!
