I’ve been parking here for years to set up conventions and conferences at nearby GRB, Hilton Americas and Marriott Marquis. I totally understood when it went from a $4 to $5 day rate at midnight January 1, 2026. Within about 2 weeks it went from that $5 to a $7 day rate. So a 75% increase in less than 3 weeks. Still it's a decent price for parking in downtown Houston. What gets me is the service seems to be going downhill.
