I’ve been parking here for years to set up conventions and conferences at nearby GRB, Hilton Americas and Marriott Marquis. I totally understood when it went from a $4 to $5 day rate at midnight January 1, 2026. Within about 2 weeks it went from that $5 to a $7 day rate. So a 75% increase in less than 3 weeks. Still it's a decent price for parking in downtown Houston. What gets me is the service seems to be going downhill. Website doesn’t work
Review is NOT for the location, it's for ProPark. It will not let you search for a spot without turning on your location. I don't want to park where I am, I want to park where I'm GOING, that's why I'm looking it up online. Useless!
