My elderly parents A/C went out in Ft Myers on July 4th. I called Tundra Air Conditioning and they were so kind and understanding. They had technician Chris at their home in about 1 hour and he fixed the A/C quickly. Chris was so kind to me and my parents. He noticed my dad’s US Navy ballpark and even extended the Tundra A/C Veterans discount to my dad. If I could give Chris and Tundra 10 stars I would. They were wonderful a real lifesaver literally!!!
Alex was excellent! He was very professional and took his time answering all my questions. I will never call anyone else but Tundra Air. Thank you again!!
If your hvac unit is 15+ yrs old, you one day may have a rude awakening to your Ruud compressor and coil frosting over and underperforming like I did after Milton hit. Alex & his team were able to identify inefficiencies in the old system and demonstrate the massive investment savings with a newer efficient unit. My first experience with Tundra Air was excellent!!! My air handler went down while I was out of town when it was 90F+ and humid. I called at 6:30PM and Maddy answered the phone…. which was my first surprise at that time of day! Then she was able to get Alex to stop by the next morning to assess the problem since I could open my garage door remotely.
