I would like to start with we first contacted Tuncurry Smash Repairs in 2025. Our brand new Kia had the driver's door and front gaurd sideswiped whilst parked. I spoke with Steve who was professional from the beginning. He explained the whole process and managed the entire claim process. He was honest transparent and very professional and trustworthy. Steve you legend! We clipped a roo and did damage to our grill. Took the vehicle to Steve to get a quote…15 minutes later Steve had everything back in order using a couple of tools, his magic hands and considerable experience. Asked how much and Steve said don’t worry about it mate, happy I could help out. Not as happy as me…and happy to drop that frosty carton back. Can’t recommend highly enough in this sad age of scammers and rip off merchants. Thanks Steve!!!
