Friendly couple running it with clean fresh rooms
We wish to thank the motel management for their kindness and generosity over our loss the Starr's it is deeply appreciated
I would never book with this motel again. Booked Xmas holidays in September 2024 and paid deposit, 1 day before arrival get email saying booking cancelled . Partner called reception and had rudest person who didn't care and now room rebooked at a higher rate to someone else but still claims $205 cancellation fee when I didn't cancel our booking. Thanks for ruining our Christmas Holidays. Absolutely disgusting. Only gave a 1 out of 5 as can't give a minus Have refused to refund our deposit. Looks like consumer affairs and a l... read more
