I would never book with this motel again. Booked Xmas holidays in September 2024 and paid deposit, 1 day before arrival get email saying booking cancelled . Partner called reception and had rudest person who didn't care and now room rebooked at a higher rate to someone else but still claims $205 cancellation fee when I didn't cancel our booking. Booking.com admitted they screwed up on my credit card not taking the money out now booking.com rang Tuncurry beach asking for the refund of the deposit, Tuncurry said no not happening, not happy at all, worst place ever, they don't care about about people at all
