I would highly recommend Charlotte. Being new to acupuncture I didn't know what to expect, and Charlotte was hugely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. She is so calm and kind, and knows instinctively when you might need to talk about something or need some space. I find her sessions hugely relaxing, calming and soothing.
I highly recommend this place - Charlotte has been super helpful since I started acupuncture and she hasn’t only focused on helping me with Acup but also with my overall fertility journey. I’ve just received hormone test results and after making food and lifestyle changes like Acup I’ve seen such an improvement. Also I’ve noticed I’m much less stressed since doing fertility acupuncture so very grateful!

I came to Charlotte after my stroke recovery has started to plateau. My main concern was trying to stimulate some nerve endings. After first session I generally felt uplifted. After a month I noticed the energy flowing through affected side for the first time in five years. A true miracle! Helen’s calm and soothing approach also helps balancing mood and improving general wellbeing.
