Run away!!! Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. My mother has a broken foot and the doctor refuses to see her or give referral to an orthopedist, give her any medication or equipment. Front desk at the Optum clinic lacks basic human empathy and refuse to talk to the doctors or nurses to prove they have power over you.
I love Dr Tin Run. He listens and cares for his patients. Great to have as Doctor.
