My mother had been going to this Vet for years and unfortunately the quality of care had been steadily declining. She constantly had something going wrong with the schedule, medication, or they tried to conduct the same tests over and over again, forgetting that those tests already came back negative. I’ve been going here forever with my dogs. My schnauzer has skin issues and they’ve treated him many times for this he gets infected and needs meds, the woman at the desk was rude and said he can’t have anything unless the dr sees him and apparently he can’t be seen until march 28. She wasn’t even going to ask the dr I had to keep asking her to and I believe she just put me on hold and didn’t talk to the dr. She came back and said the same thing and she was extremely rude. I’m done
The employees here are rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning. My dog had puppies and needed an x-ray after welping to insure no puppies were left behind. I was laughed at, refused help and turned away. I went in anyways, if they were going to refuse me it would be to my face. The phones were ringing off the hook with cancellations because of the weather, no one was in the parking lot or waiting room. Terrible customer service! And Sarah was very unprofessional and condescending when speaking to me about a mishap on there part regarding the billing of my appointment.
RecommendedTumwater Vet is the BEST! They are so gentle and caring. If you have needs for your furbaby, this is the place to go. They truly care for your pets well being. My cat in the cone of shame doesn't think so but this fur mama highly recommends Tumwater Vet. <3
The staff here is not only very professional and knowledgeable, but extremely friendly as well. They work with people to get pets the best care possible. I’ve brought five different pets here over the years and they have been fantastic for each one.
I have had horses and dogs for years. my experience with this clinic has been extremely negative!! I brought my puppy in for a routine spay, they called me to let me know there were complications due to the fact that they "nicked " her spleen during the procedure and there was alot of bleeding. When I brought her home with a catheter, she pulled it out, she was bleeding everywhere. I tried to contact the office and could not get a hold of anyone.
