We had seen family doctor, Dr. Whitney, for the last 8 years without a hitch. Until we were moving to another state. Had to have Rx’s transferred to a related pharmacy as we couldn’t get a new family doctor appointment for 2 months. At first, no problem transferring ALL Rx’s. Then, without any notice, we are told by her PA we have drive 5 hours to pickup Rx’s then drive 5 hours back, 10 hours total to pick up Rx’s. I thought a part of a doctor's responsibilities was prescribing needed health care medications. I guess not.
Wonderful doctor.....he listens and asks relevant questions.
Great team have been providing care for our family for years.
I just moved to the area and was looking for a doctor. I buy my insurance thru the market place. Was told they were not excepting new patients. My daughter called about a week later, she had an appointment the next week. I had told her about my experience and she said mom call back. So I did and still told not excepting new patients,I told the girl well then how come you got my daughter in? She said well we are not excepting new patients.
