I wasn’t sure what to expect with this experience. But as soon as I walked in it felt extremely warm and welcoming. Was explained everything thoroughly. Communication is on par. Lorna is such a sweet human. I wish I would have done this process a lot sooner. Once we were done it’s wild how much better I felt.
