I paused my membership for the month because I am traveling most of July and I didn’t realize how addicted I am to Tummo workouts! I spent an hour in a traditional gym today for the first time in a long time and it was MISERABLE. Just thinking about how I traded in one 20 minute Tummo workout a week for 5 traditional hour long workouts in a week makes me want to cry. I can’t wait to get back to Tampa and Tummo! #Last2Best2
