This company doesn’t even deserve one star — more like -100,000. My semi-truck got stuck in the mud at a service plaza less than 2 miles from their office. All they did was pull us out, didn’t tow or transport us anywhere (not even 10feet), and still charged $1,061.03! That’s outrageous for a simple pull-out. Did not request any service from Tumino, but had the absolute, most disgusting interaction with a driver yesterday evening on Main Street in Ridgefield Park. I pulled into a parking spot (tow truck is behind me) and the driver would not stop honking his horn at me. I pull into a parking spot to get my food from a local restaurant. I come out to my car and the driver blocked my car in. All because he was trying to signal with his hands that he wanted my spot (mind you truck is behind me).
