Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a bag for an upcoming trip, as well as a new job. I took the bag on the trip ( 3 days) and realized it was definitely not the bag for me. I took the bag and original receipt and all packaging back to the store and told them how disappointed I was in the quality, design, and value of the bag. They didn't really seem to care, and told me that since the bag was "used" I couldn't return it. But I could exchange it and put the credit towards a new bag... read more

The worst "luxury" brand ever. I made the mistake of purchasing a Tumi ski-jacket for $450 in 2015.. The main zipper broke down within a year of using. When I submitted it for repairs (which is supposed to cover "lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects") - they said it cannot be repaired and offered $200 "voucher".. It took them 8 weeks to give me this response. When I escalated, they were ready to refund $450, ONLY if I produced the receipt (credit card statement wont be accepted)

I purchased a backpack for $445 from Tumi on the suggestion of family.The backpack straps broke in less than 6 months, despite take good care of the bag. After I sent the backpack off for repair, within the normal wear and tear warranty, I did not hear back from Tumi regarding my bag. About a month and a half later I called the Tumi repair number to get an update, I was then informed that my bag was irreparable.
