Rude and Unprofessional I took a college group from my church and this older guy comes outside and yells at my group. I explained we had reservations and he basically ignored us. Later on, the same guy was rude to me and flirted with my wife stating that she should get rid of "the old guy". After 20 years of being a police officer, I decided to ignore this guy and not lose my testimony in front of the church group. I just hope I run into this bully on the street one day.
BAD customer service!! We had several issues with this facility! My husband climbed there for a couple of years, he left because he has surgery. About 2 years after leaving we got a bill for over $400. We were told they would take care of the bill. A year after that we got another letter from a collector. Needless to say this was ongoing for years, the owner was RUDE! Refused to call me or my husband back. Then said that I wasn't allowed to call them. very good We went to a birthday party and Tumblebees and I was very happy with the activities and the service we received from the staff. The children had about 45 minutes to an hour of playtime, which for our group included games, obstacles, rolling around on the floor etc. The children had a lot of fun. After play time we went to an area that was decorated and had cake and drinks. Im not sure who supplied that stuff. The children watched the birthday girl open her gifts and then the party was over.
