What kind of 'leaf blower' uses a push broom in 40+mph winds? They have No inkling on how to do 'landscaping' lazy, killing the vegetation ride the clock. Nothing good to say about these people. Spend all day doing a whole bunch of absolutely Nothing! Our complex looks like a blind man did something. Not to mention, they ignore a good 2/3s of the property. Don't waste your money on these individuals. Whatever they're getting paid, is too much! Makes me cry every time he shows up to butcher the bushes.
Sloppy, extremely noisy, disrespectful, and the employees come and go, which to me is a security concern. Most look like they came from the streets. They don't know how to prune. Lawn areas often get scalped. Very slow work.
The gardening service (hackers and whackers — not true groundskeepers, and definitely not gardeners) at Cinnamon Tree Apartments is disruptive, inefficient, and unprofessional. Dirty, random employees--perhaps a tenant safety concern. They operate at least three days a week, and the noise is constant. I live at Cinnamon Tree Apartments (high crime!). Very sloppy work. Very disrespectful. Very noisy. Every Monday morning, there is a single "worker" using a very loud leaf blower to blow debris from the parking area in front of my apartment. He typically takes between 2 and 4 hours to complete the task. Then, on Tuesday, begin another leaf blower near my building!
