When we ordered, stock items, last year the salesman put down wrong sill color and that was sent. When we picked them up and got them home we realized it was the wrong color so we returned them. The CEO stated that he would resell them and give us the money owed and he would keep the difference, since the price had gone up. I cannot recommend Tumblestone any less as a company. What a horrible way to treat their customers. Recently we hired a landscaper to do a major project on our home. This included a water feature with a projected budget for the feature itself. My wife and I went down to Tumblestone to pick out something we liked. After selecting the stone we liked, we were helped by one of the staff to price the water feature. This is where the bait and switch begins.
