Couldn't get coins out of machine to do laundry. Tried to put a five in multiple different ways, and it wouldn't work. Then tried the app to save 10%, only to find out that doesn't work because none of the machines have a QR code to scan thru app. So we had to use our card, which put a hold on even more money. A bit of advice: don't advertise yourself as a coin laundry place with no coins and don't advertise an app that's useless literally all over the place.

Clean and affordable
My boyfriend and I was trying to wash clothes here and the police all of a sudden showed up because the owner called them and said we refused to leave. No one told us anything plus we were in the middle of washing two loads of laundry, so we felt very harassed and confused by it all, we weren't doing anything wrong just sitting down while washing our clothes. Terrible customer service. I paid for a wash hit the start button put the machine locked the washer door and said there was an error. I called the customer service line, and they said it may be a whole business day later that I even get a call. My clothes that I need this afternoon are unavailable. No instant refund, and no one urgently coming to give me back my property. Completely unacceptable.
