Terrible customer service. I paid for a wash hit the start button put the machine locked the washer door and said there was an error. I called the customer service line, and they said it may be a whole business day later that I even get a call. My clothes that I need this afternoon are unavailable. No instant refund, and no one urgently coming to give me back my property. Completely unacceptable.
a lot of out of oder machines!! Waste of money and time. Be careful.
Big machines. Clean.
Clean place, plenty of space, some seating, a few vending machines, lots of machines, all in working order. The employee was cleaning while we were washing and drying, but she stayed out of our way and was considerate. There was an older lady who was trying to purchase something but she couldn't figure out how to use the machine. The employee stopped what she was doing to help the lady with her purchase. Above and beyond!
Love the equipment but the facilities are often dirty
