Awesome and decent prices
Machine error, Drain cycle shut down. Nobody onsite to help, called the "customer service" number and its only an answering service. So they'll take a message and pass it along so at some point, you'll get contacted back.. Laundry locked in machine. Can't reset, can't unlock. Following instructions on machine does nothing. Last time I will ever use this company.
Happy with it. It's very new and clean. Plus, it's open on Christmas! For real, Thnk you!
I wasn't in the building for a full minute before this employee guy was harassing me, accusing me of not being here to do laundry, when I clearly have a bag full of laundry to do. When I told him I'm here to wash my clothes, that I'm here all the time, he argued with me about it. I would have expected someone to be glad to get some business, especially from a regular, but apparently this guy feels the need to be aggressive and greet me with hostility. If I didn't have more to do today, I would have left.
