Sunday at approx 7pm White Bear Lake MN location. My laundry was stuck in washer with an error code. No staff on site. Called for help 6x and no response from technician. Eventually I put credit card back in to see if I could restart it and door finally opened. I spent over 2 hours trying to deal with this and no one ever showed up to help. Woman from customer service was very nice but that didn't fix my issue. I won't be back for another try. The App is a horrible component to doing laundry at this chain. Connecting through the app is hit or miss(mostly miss) so if you plan on getting laundry actually done, best to bring a suitcase full of quarters. My patience is out.
