We were traveling and needed to stop to wash clothes. Seemed like a fun and clean place. It was pretty pricey but was ok bc we rarely did this kind of thing anyway. My load of 3 buttery soft blankets are ruined! Rough scratchy feel to them now so I have to buy new ones. I don’t know what the heck happened in that dryer for 20 min but my throw blankets are done for. Don’t recommend taking any soft material items here! Clothing, blankets, towels, bedding etc! They always washed and dried fine at home.
I had a problem twice on a dryer being out of service before and a lady fixed it while i was on the phone but today on Fridley, MN location when I put $5 coins on a washer, and it said out of service, there is nothing they can do on the phone They told me, " leave a message!" When I asked, "you directed me to a different machine before, one of them told me," I don't even know if we could do that before!" I'm not coming back here.
