We stayed in Alexander Cottage, which is a 10 minute walk to town. It has 2 bedrooms and a large covered verandah. Although on the outskirts of town it feels quite remote. The cottage, its furnishings and facilities are adequate but very dated and the garden was overgrown. There was some road noise. Ria, the owner, was very quick to respond to the issues we had on arrival and communicated well with us.
Clean accommodation and very helpful hosts.
Was ok but expensive for a place not finished.
Enjoyed our stay in the Breakaway Cottage. Cottage was clean and had all amenities, air conditioning, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, modern TV etc. Beds were comfortable. A stones throw from the main street to get supplies from bakery, butcher and IGA. A couple of cafes also. Very close to park with playground and bike tracks
Loved the quiet unique space. Very comfortable
