We had a great experience at Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe. Alex helped us find a kayak that works perfectly for us and our dogs, and she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with—answering all our questions and making sure we felt confident in our choice. You can tell they really care about getting people set up with the right gear. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for quality equipment and friendly, helpful service.

Everyone was so friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Alex was great with helping us figure out the right boat for us and our dogs to ensure we had a successful and fun float. We had such a great time thanks to Tumalo Creek Rentals!

Defective gear. The rear belt type kayak seat support was broken and had been for a long time by its appearance. It made for an uncomfortable ride. I managed to get some relief by using my dogs leash but it didn’t work very well so we cut our trip short. I mentioned it one of the employees and he pretended he didn’t know and offered no solution. There were torn threads where it had previously been sewn on and empty buckles where the ends used to terminate, so it’s unlikely he didn’t know.

We rented an inflatable kayak from Tumalo Creek, along with a paddle and helmet. The team there was so friendly, making sure we had everything we needed and knew how to use it. The gear was in great shape and we had a wonderful time using it. There really isn't a better team in Bend than at Tumalo Creek.
