I booked a spa day for all of my family to get massages at Tulum for my mom's birthday and they were so welcoming and accommodating. Everyone raved about their massages and it was such a relaxing way to start our celebration that day. The salt room and infrared sauna that we had access to before our massages were very nice! I had a lash lift done by RUBI and had such a great experience! She was efficient, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My lashes came out perfectly, lifted, clean, and exactly what I wanted. She’s kind and detail-oriented. I can't wait to receive more treatments from her!
