Bought Black Friday deal and it was marketed as 50 percent off all memberships. Turns out it was only 50 percent off first month. Never said that in the flyer attached. They would not honor just said it’s management fault. Very misleading. Been here many times and staff have been quite difficult to deal with. Last straw for me will never go back.
Started prepping my skin 6 months before my wedding with Tulum. I booked my first 3 custom facials with Juli, who recommended light chemical peels and ensured my skin was glowing. I noted a difference from the first facial and my skin just got better from there.
