I was in New York with a friend and we wanted to eat at a Michelin Star restaurant. Looked up Tulsi and it was in our price range and conveniently enough was close to our hotel. We both decided to go with the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Dish after dish came and we continued to be impressed with the attention to detail in the way the flavors worked in such harmony as well as in the presentation.
