I have been coming to Tulsa Threading for years, and unfortunately, today was an absolutely horrible experience. I came in for a lash lift and tint and was initially very excited because the same lady who has done my eyebrows numerous times was doing my lashes. She has always done an amazing job on my eyebrows, so I trusted that my lashes would turn out just as great. Unfortunately, the lash service was extremely unpleasant. They one person working, and a line of people waiting for threading. The craziest part of this experience getting my eyebrows done is that she pulled so much on my head scarf during the service that it essentially came off. I quickly fixed it, and left shortly after. But it was very unprofessional. I have never had eyebrow threading done that requires you to basically pull off my hijab. I don’t know if it was ill intention, or just carelessness, regardless I don’t feel comfortable going back
If I could give zero stars I would. Took only a couple minutes on my eyebrows and took over half an hour for my friend's brows. They had multiple different people working on my friends eyebrows and they turned out completely uneven. When my friend tried to address the situation calmly, they were very impolite and told us to never come back despite my friend telling them to have a good new year. Do not come here!
I went in earlier today with my friend, it took them 30 minutes to thread my eyebrows, while doing so 3 separate ladies were taking turns doing my eyebrows. completely thinning them out and they both look different, once i got into my car and saw how badly they were i went back in for a explanation, the manager told me i had "ingrowns" all over my eyebrows and i just "need to grow them out" as i walking out i said "have a great new year" and she told me to "never come back" i have been going here my whole life, but with the ... read more
